Raphael Molesim is as an Agile Coach and part of the Digital McKinsey team in the Sao Paulo office. He has been working with software development teams, helping them excel their performance through the adoption of agile methods. Raphael brings expertise in Scrum, XP and Kanban, and many practices and techniques for group facilitation.

Raphael holds a Bachelor in Information Systems from Universidade de São Paulo. He is born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil and has lived for while in Dublin, Ireland.

Raphael has served clients from small startups to large banking corporations. He has experience teaching and mentoring both technical and management skills. Raphael has worked in a large scale transformation program, where his team re-think organizational structure, dependencies between systems and integration of IT teams with business areas. His goal is to create an environment where IT and business can work as partners and deliver astonishing results while evolving technological capabilities.
